Steel Plates are normally used with our A type pot magnet. Pot magnets only works in metal condition. Steel plates are necessary if we need to use pot magnets or neodymium magnets in wall, door etc that does not contain metal. This is the round plates with countersunk hole. The steel plates could be fixed to the wall, door or any other place by countersunk screw.
