A magnetic detacher is a wonderful application of neodymium magnets, which are the third-generation permanent magnets. After assembling neodymium magnets in a repelling configuration (N-N pole), their magnetic force becomes significantly stronger than that of individual magnets, with surface gauss readings reaching between 10,000 to 15,000 Gauss.

A: It is no problem for for the magnet in small size such as D8x1mm. But for bigger one such as D50x30mm, we do not suggest you to place the magnets nearby the cellphone. Please be cautious that keep all magnets far away from pacemaker!
A: There are too many specifications of magnets. Different customers needs different grades, sizes, shapes, magnetization orientation, plating, tolerance. So we often make the quantity as customer ordered. For the long-terms customers who frequently buy the same magnets from us, we may have some in stock. Please contact us if you want to know what we have in stock.
A: We can make the magnet in size from 1x1x0.5mm to 200x100x60mm in block shape and from D1x1mm to D200x50mm for disc magnets. Our sales guy is ready to provide you size details if you need.
A: Magnetic shield is necessary for the magnets to be delivered by air. We will put iron plates inside the carton to shield the magnetic force. So you need to inform us if the magnets are delivered by air.
A: The composition of neodymium magnets is mainly neodymium, Iron and boron. The percentage of iron is up to 60%. So it is easy for neodymium magnets to get rusty. The normal plating of neodymium magnets is Zinc, NiCuNi, Epoxy etc. Zinc plating works in dry and clean condition. NiCuNi and Epoxy could be used in humid or bad working condition.
